The Great Glue Review

As a creator, I know the biggest hurdle to any sculpture or project can be the assembly. getting it to stick together in a way that is difficult, or discrete can be tough, maybe the angle is weird, maybe there is too little contact surface to work with, maybe you need it to stick instantly, maybe you need some time to wriggle it around. I have tried many many different glues, and one of the most appealing things about my day job is that I continue to learn about all the adhesives that are out there and what they can do for me, (seriously I often think that my pay goes directly back into the business)

The Great Glue Review is a little series I am working on, a set of summaries of the glues I have been using and what I have been using them for and, of course, how well they performed. I know that as artist we are often using materials like this in such specific ways that sometimes it is hard to know what will work and the writing on the bottle just doesn't cut it, I hope that these little niche uses help to build a better understanding of the ways these glues can (and often cannot) be used.
